Drop ship orders, international orders and closeout orders are excluded from the National Freight Cap Program.
Accessorial services (e.g., lift gate, inside delivery etc.) are NOT included in the National Freight Cap Program and will be charged to the customer.
High-Cost Freight Destinations – For delivery to high-cost freight destinations (restricted areas, remote locations) actual freight rates may apply. The following areas have been identified as high-cost freight destinations:
Freight cap applies to the first shipment only. Back orders are shipped at normal freight rates unless the backorder amount also qualifies for a freight cap (e.g., backorder is over $1,000).
